The paper is divided into three parts: Quantitative aptitude, explanatory analysis, and verbal capacity. The core paper contains five sections: General conscientiousness, computer skills, quantitative ability, rationality, and moral power. Again, this pattern changes amongst banks. In general, three-stage recruitment is done. The first two phases are written examinations that are both preliminary examinations and significant examinations. The third stage is the procedure of the interview. The interview phase is open for applicants selected after the first two stages. Based on the candidate’s performance, a merit list will be created after selection in these three stages.
