The Crack UPSC Prelims 2021 is exactly 50 days away. With almost all the sincere aspirants having studied, it is acceptable to have some unfinished topics, but these should be completed soon.

Here, we present you with a strategy on how to utilize these Crack UPSC Prelims 2021 last 50 days of your Prelims preparation:

1. Go through your syllabus for every subject and note down everything you are yet to study. Make sure you complete it within two weeks from now so that you have nothing new to study in the last 30 days. These 30 days should be dedicated to hardcore revision.

2. Ensure that you have covered all the important topics in all the subjects. We have previously mentioned them in separate articles. Please refer to them and make sure you have them covered.

3. Take one mock test daily. If possible, focus on subject-related papers for a few days, such as History for 4 days and Economy for 4 days. Allocate time for a full mock test as well. After each mock test, go through your mistakes and correct them in the next mock. This is crucial for learning from your mistakes and making the mock tests useful.

4. Give priority to revision. Many aspirants struggle with cramming current affairs. However, 50 days is sufficient time to properly go through current affairs and revise them. Plan your revision accordingly.

5. Avoid any stressors or distractions that may waste your time. Stay focused solely on the exam.

6. Stop studying for Optional papers or any other exams. Even if you are confident in clearing the prelims, it is better to prioritize this exam and give it the attention it deserves.

7. Avoid making any major changes in your lifestyle as the exam approaches. Stick to your regular routine, with the exception of sleep and food. Avoid junk foods and prioritize getting enough sleep. Study during your exam timings to get accustomed to the exam schedule.

8. Focus on strengthening your weaknesses. Be positive and motivated, but avoid wasting time on excessive motivational videos or toppers’ videos at this point.

9. Allocate time for CSAT as well. Even if you are confident in qualifying the paper, it is advisable to allocate at least 2 days to refresh and solve old question papers for CSAT.

Use these 50 days effectively and may they be the best days of your preparation, helping you take the first step towards achieving your UPSC dream.
