IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. The IBPS conducts a standard recruitment process (CRP) annually to recruit clerical cadres in multiple banks throughout the country. CRP is used as a base by all public sector banks to fill the vacancies for the posts. The IBPS Clerk CRP exam conducted in offline mode consists of two stages: the preliminary exam and the main exam. Any Indian citizen from age 20 years to 28 years can opt for this exam with a Bachelors’s Graduate Degree in hand with no prior training required. Every year, the participating banks keep on changing, so the vacancy of the post keeps on changing every year.
