Raipur: Chhattisgarh Council of Science & Technology (CCOST) and Pt Ravishankar Shukla University, NAAC ‘A’ and DST-PURSE funded state-run university of Chhattisgarh, will host the 18th Chhattisgarh Young Scientist Congress-2023 on May 3 and May 4 to promote the young talents of the state.
The main focus of the event is to provide the right platform for the upcoming enthusiastic young researchers and to promote them to excel in their fields. Young Scientist Congress is organised every year to mark the discovery of ‘Raman Effect’ by Indian Physicist Sir Chandrashekhar Venkata Raman on February 28.
Research papers have been invited in 18 disciplines including agriculture science, agriculture engineering and technology, biology, biotechnology, earth and atmospheric sciences, chemical engineering, medical and pharmaceutical sciences, physics, environmental sciences, veterinary science, etc.
The age should be 32 years of a male candidate and 35 years of a female candidate as on February 28, 2023, to be eligible to participate in the event. Similarly, research experience should be of two years after obtaining a post-graduate degree in the science subjects.
