IIT JAM Registration 2024: The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras will begin the online registration process for IIT JAM 2023 tomorrow, September 05. Once started, interested and eligible candidates can register for the Joint Admission Test through the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in.
As per the schedule, the IIT JAM 2023 application process will be open from September 05 to October 13, 2023. The exam will be conducted on February 11 and the admit card will be issued on January 08, 2024. The IIT JAM Result 2023 is likely to be announced on March 22, 2024.
JAM 2023 score will be used for admission to various postgraduate programmes such as MSc, MSc (Tech), MS (Research), MSc – MTech Dual Degree, Joint MSc – PhD, and MSc – PhD dual degree across multiple disciplines by premier institutes across the country. There are around 3000 seats in undergraduate programmes at 21 IITs for the academic year 2024-25.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have successfully completed an undergraduate degree or currently studying in the final year of undergraduate are eligible for admission through JAM 2024.

Step 1. Visit the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link for IIT JAM 2024 registration
Step 3. Register yourself and fill out the JAM application form
Step 4. Upload the necessary documents and pay the application fee
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference
Exam Pattern
JAM 2024 examination will be conducted in 7 subjects, also referred to as Test Papers; Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH). The medium for all the Test Papers is English only. The exam will be conducted on February 11, 2024, in two shifts – 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
