The TANCET 2023 result will be annoucned on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 10 am on the official website of the university – The TANCET and CEETA-PG exams were held on March 25 and 26, 2023.
Aspirants for MBA and MCA programmes take TANCET, while those who aspire to pursue ME, M Tech, M Arch, and M Plan programmes take CEETA. A total of 36,403 candidates took these exams, with TANCET-MBA having the highest number of registered candidates at 24,468. On the other hand, CEETA-PG had the lowest number of registered candidates at 4,961.
The breakdown of registered, appeared, and absent candidates for each exam is as follows:
- TANCET-MCA: 9,820 registered, 9,279 appeared, 541 absent (5.51%)
- TANCET-MBA: 24,468 registered, 22,774 appeared, 1,703 absent (6.96%)
- CEETA-PG: 4,961 registered, 4,350 appeared, 611 absent (12.32%)
The total number of registered candidates for both exams was 39,249, with 36,403 candidates appearing for the exams. The overall percentage of absent candidates was 7.27%, which is relatively low.
The results for TANCET and CEETA-PG will be available on the official TANCET portal – Students can download their scorecards from the portal between April 20 and May 20, 2023. It is advisable that students keep their login credentials ready to access their scores promptly.
The scores obtained by students in these exams determine their eligibility for admission to various postgraduate programmes in Tamil Nadu.
