At times the firewall settings of office/public network do not allow booking of the tickets. Also you may like to clear the cache and cookies or reset your browser settings before trying again.
To update any personal information (email, phone or name), please drop an mail from your registered email ID to support@meraevents.com with the required details and we will get it processed.
After successful booking of the ticket, you would have received a confirmation email from MeraEvents. Please carry the print out or digital copy of this email to the venue and present the same at the box-office along with a govt. ID proof to get an entry to the event.

As MeraEvents is an online ticketing platform and rely on organizers for providing the event information, you may refer to the information available at the event page. In case you need any additional information, email us your query at support@meraevents.com and we will forward your request to the organiser and revert once we receive a reply from them.
Tickets availability at the venue is subject to the discretion of the event organizer. However, we suggest you to book your tickets in advance to avoid inconvenience due to a price increase or an event sold out situations.
To redeem a discount coupon, please enter the discount code on the event page after selecting the ticket quantity. Please note that the redemption of discount coupon is at a sole discretion of the event organizer. MeraEvents is an online ticketing platform and rely on event organizers for decisions related to refund and transferability of the tickets. Please email us your request at support@meraevents.com and we will forward your request to the organiser and revert once we receive a reply from them.
In case of an event cancellation intimated to us by the organiser, the amount will be refunded to you within 7-10 working days to the same mode of payment used by you at the time of booking the ticket. If it has been longer than 10 days, please email us your request at support@meraevents.com and we will take this up on priority.
The ticket once purchased can not be swapped/exchanged for another event. However, in such situation you can buy a ticket for the new event and drop a request for ticket cancellation of your earlier event to support@meraevents.com of existing ticket. We will forward your request to the event organiser and revert once we receive a reply from them.
Incase you have experienced issues at the event, please report the same to the organizer and write to us at support@meraevents.com within 2 days of attending the event. We will take this up with the organizer on your behalf and revert once we receive a reply from them.
In case of a failed payment, the payment automatically gets reversed by the payment gateway provider and credited back to your account within 7-10 working days. In case it has been longer than this, please email us your request with a proof of debit at support@meraevents.com and we will take this up on priority with the payment gateway provider.
As MeraEvents, we receive periodic information from the payment gateway provider’s basis which we issue and share the tickets. In this case, we request you to please wait for up to 2 hours from the time of completing the transaction or write to us at support@meraevents.com for any further query.
Depending on the payment gateway provider, a refund reversal process may take up to 15 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account. In a rare case, if it has been longer than that, please write to us at support@meraevents.com and we will take this up on priority with the payment gateway provider.
