Some of the SEO plugins available for free for your website can be used to tell you exactly what to do, where to do, and how to do.
6. Producing Regular Content
Creating new content and keeping your website updated is really important. You don’t need to create and publish new content every single day, however, posting at least once a week is recommended. Consistency is important when it comes to SEO.
Above all, content doesn’t have to be text. It can be anything that increases the audience and engagement on your website. In other words, if your content does not engage the audience, it is of no use to you or to your customers.
7. Boosting Link Equity
Links are high-quality and topically relevant sites that lead directly to yours. It is perhaps the most ignored, yet the most important way to boost the SEO of your website. It is the top factor in the organic ranking index.
Content marketing involves creating photos, articles, videos that people may want to share. In that way, it creates more links to your website. As more people are exposed to your content, the potential for building more links also increases.
8. Building a Social Media Network
Last but not the least on your SEO checklist is building a strong social media network. Social media platforms provide your customers with an opportunity to engage with your business, which in turn increases the exposure of your content, and ultimately leads to the generation of more direct links to your website.
Above all, finding the most relevant social media for your business is important. For instance, consumer-centric businesses will find more value in Facebook and Twitter. However, if you have good visual content, you can focus on Instagram, Pinterest, or Youtube.
