Modification of Workshop Ticket
Ques: I want to shift from <workshop 1/schedule1> to <workshop 2/schedule 2>.
Answer: We can change your seat to WAC Workshop of <Workshop 2/schedule 2> at <College> but you have to pay the fine of 150/- INR per student as shifting fees on below link and after paying the amount to send us the payment receipt of 150/- INR and your workshop fees at support @wac.co.in with the details of shifting so that we can change the same in our system.
Note: We take the shift/transfer requests until 12 PM a day prior to the workshop/event. After that, no requests will be entertained.
Ques: Please update my email id/name for the workshop.
Answer: Send us your query with your payment receipt at support @wac.co.in
Issues related to Certificate
Ques: I didn’t receive my certificate for the workshop.
Answer: Please find your certificate here wac.co.in/certificate
If you don’t find your certificate here, please raise your query at support @wac.co.in.
Ques: The name in my certificate is wrong/no name received.
Answer: Please raise your query at support @wac.co.in with your admit card. Admit card is mandatory to receive a certificate
If you don’t have a admit card or didn’t receive one, please send us your Instamojo payment receipt which you receive through the mail from Instamojo.
Issues related to Admit Card
Ques: When will I receive my admit card?
Answer: Two days prior to your workshop.
Ques: Do I need to carry the Admit Card at the venue?
Answer: Yes, as no entry would be permitted without admit card.
Also, if you don’t have your admit card, carry your Instamojo receipt.
Ques: I want to be the campus ambassador of <Workshop>.
Answer: Please visit https://www.instamojo.com/whataftercollege and contact the counselor through the number given on the page.
Ques: I was the Campus Ambassador of <Workshop> in <College name>. I want my certificate for the same.
Answer: Please contact your counselor for your certificate.
Ques: I want a refund of the fees/amount I paid.
Answer: In any case, the fees of the workshop are non-refundable.
The amount you paid is non-refundable as per the guidelines. The same is mentioned on the link where you made the payment.
But we can transfer your ticket to our future workshop, for which you have to visit https://www.instamojo.com/whataftercollege and keep checking for the workshop you want to transfer your ticket too.
For the transfer, please send us your detailed query with a legitimate reason with an adequate proof at support @wac.co.in also attach your workshop fees payment receipt. Only then your request will be processed.
Points to consider while raising the request:
- Your fees will only be refunded after deduction of INR 150/- (bank processing charges) to you if the workshop/event has been canceled by the company, along with the refund you will be given few other options to go for instead of refund.
- The event will be shifted to another schedule or venue if there is some natural cause but
No amount of your fees will be refunded.
- We take the refund/shift/transfer requests until 12 PM a day prior to the workshop/event. After that, no requests will be entertained.
Ques: Do you provide accommodation?
Answer: Yes, we do for most of the workshops. Please visit wac.co.in/accommodation for detailed information.
Ques: Do I need to carry my laptop with me?
Answer: It is recommended to carry your laptop but if you cannot please share your friend’s laptop.
Ques: I gave the Microsoft exam and passed it in the MTA workshop but I didn’t get the certificate. Where can I get the certificate/Please provide me with the certificate?
Answer: Please login to your Certiport account>go to my transcript>there you will find the PDF format of your certificate and scorecard.
Ques: I gave the MTA exam but couldn’t get passed. I want to take the re-test of the MTA exam.
Answer: For taking the retest, you have to pay an amount of 750/- INR as the charges of Microsoft Exam on below link and after paying the amount to send us the payment receipt of 750/- on firstname.lastname@example.org with your detailed query so that we can schedule your Microsoft Test.
Your test will only be scheduled only after you make the payment and send the mail on email@example.com.
Ques: I took the MTA exam but due to some technical error my exam could not be submitted/some error occurred and my exam could not be conducted.
Answer: Please login to your Certiport account>go to my transcript, and send the screenshot of your My Transcript interface (screen) to firstname.lastname@example.org with your detailed concern. We will schedule your test.
Ques: How to refer the workshop to a friend? Will I get any discount?
Answer: You can refer to any workshop and you will definitely get a discount. Please visit https://www.instamojo.com/whataftercollege and contact the concerned counselor of the workshop for the details.
